William Godfree
Music & Lyrics
William Godfree studied at the Guildhall. For many years he taught music in London and the South-East.
He has been MD for operas and musicals as well as tutoring on summer schools. As a composer, he has written music for television, theatre and the concert hall.
His opera ‘Child Roland’ was premiered in Surrey in 2014 and his Requiem is published by RSCM Music.
He has been Musical Director for Opera South and has been seen in the pit for a number of musicals. In 2016 he toured with the late Roy Hudd in a show about the Victorian Music Hall.
He also performs in cabaret both solo and with friends.
In 2019 he made his cabaret debut in the US.

Richard Voyce
Book & Lyrics
Richard Voyce is a bookwriter, playwright, composer, and reviewer.
He was a founding member of London’s BML Workshop (Book, Music, & Lyrics), the programme for writers of musical theatre, and has been an active member ever since. He was twice been shortlisted for The Stiles and Drewe Best New Song Prize, and is a long-standing member of MMD (Mercury Musical Developments).

Luke Bateman

Luke Bateman is a multi award winning composer and theatre maker. Musical scores include: The Olivier Award nominated OI FROG & FRIENDS (West End – Lyric Theatre, UK Tours), MR POPPER’S PENGUINS (West End – Criterion Theatre, New York – New Victory Theater, USA & UK Tours), THE FABULIST FOX SISTER (Southwark Playhouse, U.K. & U.S.A) H.R.HAITCH (The Union Theatre), THE SORROWS OF SATAN (Tristan Bates Theatre & Brocket Hall) ALL I WANT FOR CHRISTMAS (Jermyn Street & Upstairs at the Gatehouse), BACHELOR BOYS and LORD BYRON’S MISTRESS (JST).

Richy Hughes

Richy is an Olivier nominated, multi award-winning lyricist, book writer and theatre maker.
Richy has been writing parodies of well-known pop songs since his school days. He published a few of these on YouTube and quickly amassed over a million hits.
In 2012 Richy joined The BML Workshop in London to hone his lyric writing craft. This weekly workshop introduced him to industry professionals and practitioners, including some of his musical theatre heroes, setting him on the path towards a professional writing career.
He is a father of two and a husband of one.
